These terms cover your use of the Polarglow app. By using the app, you accept them.
Polarglow gives an estimate of your chance to see the aurora, based on public forecast data and weather. Aurora forecasts are uncertain: a storm can arrive early, late, weaker or stronger than forecast, and clouds can change quickly. Polarglow does not promise that you will see the aurora, and it is not a safety service. Take care outside at night: dress for the cold, and do not rely on the app for travel or safety decisions.
Polarglow Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly or monthly through your Apple ID at the price shown before you buy. It renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
Do not try to disrupt the service, to reverse its protections, or to use it to send notifications to others.
We may change the app or these terms; we post changes here with their date. Questions: support@flyingwhale.app.
